We are the latest in the Nam Yang Association to start teaching the ancient arts of Shaolin. We hold classes in Qi Gong, Qi Gong Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, Weapons and more...........The Tiger - crane style begins by strengthening the entire body (internally as well as externally) and building a stable stance and posture. Fast, devastating striking ability is then developed. Discipline, respect and restraint are emphasised as this style of martial art is extremely effective.

 

 

Nam Yang Martial Arts Association has a number of clubs around the UK and also runs residential training programmes.
